Question: How long does it take to process the Picture and Video?

One week after client selected their pictures. Pictures will be retouched before posting online.

Color Print

Four weeks. We try to minimize the time whenever possible, however the normal expected time is 4 weeks for 300 pictures. Digital and film both have the same processing time.

DVD

Four to Six weeks.

Montage Slide Show

4 weeks. Clients are expected to submit the pictures as soon as possible. Usually people find out that they don't have enough pictures before submitting for the slide show, so please allow more time for searching the most wanted pictures.
